XMON is a team of ethical hackers, security specialists, researchers and educators with a shared curiosity for technology and cybersecurity.
We choose to stay focused: we think, research and develop, while enabling our customers and partners with the knowledge and products to become stronger.
This allows us to keep looking ahead, explore what is changing and focus on what comes next.

Our roots are in ethical hacking and offensive security. We bring experience from both the offensive and defensive sides of security, giving us a broad view of today’s threats and challenges.

We are hackers at heart: curious, practical and always looking beyond the obvious. We research, experiment and stay closely connected to the hacker and security community to continuously develop our knowledge.

Our team is comfortable in both technical and business environments. We can dive deep into technology with engineers and security teams, but also translate complex security challenges into something meaningful for management and decision-makers.

Above all, we enjoy understanding how things work and sharing that knowledge with others.

What we think

We believe that a strong defense starts with understanding the offense.

Knowing how attackers think, what they look for and how they operate gives defenders a different perspective. This is why we approach cybersecurity with a purple mindset, bringing offensive and defensive thinking together.

For us, security is not only about finding vulnerabilities or responding to incidents. It is about awareness, prevention and preparation — understanding where risks come from and improving security before those risks become incidents.
